When the Houses of Parliament burned to the gound in an accidental fire in 1834, Londoners gathered on the opposite bank of the Thames and cheered!

Now we can again cheer as the fire of public anger sweeps through parliament.

To commemorate the SnoutGate scandal and those who helped expose it, I have organised a print run of around a hundred or so A2 high quality posters of Baynes's 'The destruction of both Houses of Parliament by fire Oct 16 1834'. I am still selecting a supplier I have selected a supplier and the final cost is £5.00 + P&P each. I have the original 130Mb TIFF original scan of the image so they are high quality. In fact I'm pleased with how they've come out.

All proceeds go towards buying Heather Brooke an all expenses paid holiday (or moat cleaning), a donation to mySociety and a drop of something for me to toast them on their way out!
